Durant Woods: Valrico Because of my job, we needed a house with a large lot.  My wife wanted a new home.  New homes in Brandon/Valrico have small lots.  She said” I know exactly what you need”  An older home that has been updated”.  She knew a for sale by owner was the perfect house for us, she knocked on their door and we had a contract in 1 day.

Starmount:  Buckhorn:  Lori knew exactly what we were looking for and was able to show them to us at our convenience..  She closed the deal quickly and at the RIGHT price. If we should ever need to buy or sell, we would definitely call upon Lori again.

Pond Ridge:  I lived in an apartment because I have a very demanding job.  I did not have time to go look for homes.  Lori persuaded me to tell her my “dream home”.  I told her and she found it for me in one day.  I could not be happier.  The only thing I had to do was look at the property and sign the papers.  She even arranged the movers.

Terncrest:  Fishawk  Boy did she get us a deal.  The purchase was a short sale and she had to work very hard to get it closed.  She never stopped and we have a gorgeous new home, that was an incredible value. We were fortunate to meet her at an Open House she was holding.. 

Goldensilence:  Riverview   We purchased our home over the internet.  We never viewed the home in person.  Lori did EVERYTHING for us.  She counseled us to help us make the right decision.  We love our home.

Winding River:  Twin Lakes:  We met Lori and an open house and immediately knew she was the agent for us.  We have become great friends.  Not only did she find us the house of our dreams, but our entire family is moving here and she is finding them one. 

Himes: Commercial Property She got me such a “great deal”  I was offered 2 times the price within 6 months.  She is currently helping me sell my current residence so I can upgrade to a larger home.  3 transactions in one year, and I will continue to use her for everything.

I could not give a higher recommendation.  Our home search started on line from Baghdad and continued through our trans-Pacific family movement from Hawaii.  Throughout, Lori's efforts were substantial and paramount to our eventual success.  Her knowledge of the local area and dedication to finding us the right home were instrumental in locating the best house and best value in the area.  One would be foolish to attempt a home purchase without her assistance.

Timmons Road:  Thononosassa  Lori was so helpful.  With my wife in a different state, she worked hard to get us together.  The house was a foreclosure and had many obstacles, she helped us overcome (by the way, she was our 3^rd realtor because no one else could get the job done)

Buckhorn Preserve:  Valrico I bought my first home.  It was a foreclosure. The appraisal was $75K over the price I paid.  She knew how to get the foreclosure, from the bidding procedure to all the additional addenda, it could have been very confusing

Twin Lakes:  Valrico   Lori was our 3^rd realtor.  She is the only one we could get to “work for us”  we were in short sales and could get them closed.  She found us a house in 1 day.  We love it

Lumsden Point: Valrico:  Lori was the 11^th realtor I called, and the only one to answer the phone.  I told her what I wanted.  She mentioned.  There are only 2 homes in this area that fit that description.  One was out of my price range.  I bought the other, with 4 other bids in….She got me the house of my dreams

Riverhills:  Valrico:  We cannot begin to tell you the problems we had with the short sale, the bank, the appraisal…She handled it with ease and grace.  My day was worry free, because we knew she would handle everything.

Tampa Villa’s South:  Tampa:  I was in a short sale and Lori said.  This is ridiculous, they are not responding.  I found you a great place.  I bought is. She got me a great deal.

Avondale Groves:  Plant City:  What can I say.. she if the best.  We are so excited to buy our first home.  Our wonderful journey started with a wonderful agent.
